Your Board of Directors recently elected to make a change in the management of our Association. We are pleased to introduce Lighthouse Property Management. They are a local family owned and operated firm based in Sarasota County since 1991. The combined Lighthouse staff has over 80 years of experience in property management and consists of 170 employees. The management office to service Mirror Lake Condominium is located at 4134 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL., 34228. The hours of operation are from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Lighthouse Property Management works as a TEAM to service our needs. The Lighthouse Professional TEAM to service Mirror Lake is listed below. The official transition was May 1, 2016.

There will be no changes for owners on automatic debit directly with the associations bank (BB&T Bank ).
The accounts will continue to be drafted each month.
